Yes. Or ask the upstream kernel vendor after paying them the
appropriately hefty 'developer support' fee.

I'd pay the fee if 1) I had it and 2) it would be worth it.

I'd rather contribute to the CentOS project, and as soon as I can
clear any reasonable sum, I shall.
