This means that you've modified welcome.conf and httpd.conf (file size, md5sum and mtime on these files differ from the rpm database install-time information) The L on the last line means that there's a link mismatch, which means a bad symlink. Check that /var/log/httpd exists, and you can probably get away with 'ln -sf /var/log/httpd /etc/httpd/logs' -- During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.
