I don't agree that is exactly a backport. More likely complying with
the certification needs, which Dell pays for anyway.
I find it important to point the difference here because, otherwise,
people might be led to expect other such backports, which won't happen
unless someone is paying for it (Dell, in this case).
Even tho, technically speaking, it can be considered a backport.
