Hi Guys,

i added HWADDR= on my ifcfg-eth1 and then it worked! thanks for all the help!

Which NIC model is that?  -> /sbin/lspci -v
What is the content of your /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1
config file?
