Hum ? You don't need any particular packages for that.

If OpenVPN is not loading it by itself (it should), you can manually load
the tun module: modprobe tun

If you are really into the Ether Tap, you can also load this module
manually: modprobe ethertap

In either case, I have been running OpenVPN here without having to 
manually load the modules.
