Small correction/improvement:

rpm -q --provides PACKAGE_NAME | sed 's/^/"/;s/\([^[:space:]]\) *$/\1"/;/=/{h;s/ =.*$/"/;G}' | xargs rpm -q --whatrequires | grep -v -E '^no package'
