Just needs a little magic:
rpm -q --provides PACKAGE_NAME | sed 's/^/"/;s/\([^[:space:]]\) *$/\1"/' | xargs rpm -q --whatrequires | grep -v -E '^no package'
ex:
rpm -q --provides exim | sed 's/^/"/;s/\([^[:space:]]\) *$/\1"/' | xargs rpm -q --whatrequires | grep -v -E '^no package'
