horde updates and config files

Horde RPMs got updated last night.  However, the way configuration  
files were handled wasn't probably the best.  It moved my  
configuration files to rpmsave, instead of leaving them as-is and  
putting new configs into rpmnew (like most packages do).

warning: /usr/share/horde/config/conf.php saved as  
/usr/share/horde/config/conf.php.rpmsave
warning: /usr/share/horde/turba/config/sources.php saved as  
/usr/share/horde/turba/config/sources.php.rpmsave
warning: /usr/share/horde/ingo/config/backends.php saved as  
/usr/share/horde/ingo/config/backends.php.rpmsave
warning: /usr/share/horde/imp/config/servers.php saved as  
/usr/share/horde/imp/config/servers.php.rpmsave
warning: /usr/share/horde/gollem/config/backends.php saved as  
/usr/share/horde/gollem/config/backends.php.rpmsave
