A quick google - https://ma.ttias.be/reinstall-the-linux-kernel-on-centos-or-rhel/

But I think this is easier:

yum install --downloadonly --downloaddir=~/ kernel
- OR -
wget your kernel version...

then

rpm -Uvh kernel-*.rpm --replacepkgs
