I get the following errors from my external monitor plugged into a USB C port on a Dell XPS 9360. This is under Ubuntu 18.04, kernel 4.15.0-23-generic. When I unplug and replug the USB C cable, the error goes away, but I don't believe it is a cable or connector problem. Most of the time the external monitor works even with these errors, but occasionally I have to reboot to get it to work. Biggest problem is it takes a long time to boot when it gets these errors. Anyway, this seems to be solved in Centosplus kernel. I have to say people, since Centos7.4 it's hasn't been an easy ride for Centos desktop use. greetings, J. Hello, this also seems solved in the latest "regular" kernel kernel-3.10.0-862.6.3.el7.x86_64. Thanks to whoever took care of that. grts, J. _______________________________________________ CentOS mailing list CentOS@xxxxxxxxxx https://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos _______________________________________________ CentOS mailing list CentOS@xxxxxxxxxx https://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos _______________________________________________ CentOS mailing list CentOS@xxxxxxxxxx https://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos
