Download the appropriate RPM from here:

http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration

Then do rpm -ivh <downloaded file> .  (I think rpm supports direct http:
URLs, so you should also be able to do this in one step by doing

rpm -ivh <URL to appropriate file>
