[Centos] RPM naming conventions

If I'm not mistaken. The *centos* stuff is consistently done by the CentOS 
people for packages they own. All the other packages have been tagged 
upstream (by Red Hat) and the inconsistency happens there.

You might want to report this to Red Hat. I've done this already several 
times, with no impact.

Things I've seen in AS4:

	.EL, .EL4, .rhel4, .RHEL4, .2E, .ent, .3rh, 21RH4, 

And a big portion without tagging.
