[Centos] Upgrading from RH8.0 - to do or not to do?????

But is it a nightmare to upgrade as well?  I know that a fresh install
is a nightmare.

I would backup the passwords files and any cfg files you need and
reinstall.  That is probably going to be a nightmare in and of itself
above and beyond a reinstall.
