bash file direct execution

Hello, Egypt.com.
Thanks for the suggestions.
I have tried them all but that did not solve the problem. I reinstalled the 
packages bash, coreutils, and file.
I also replaced those 3 files above from the working station to the buggy 
station without any effect, even after reboot.
