There is an NVMe bug that impacts some machines that should be fixed
soon.  Others have been fixed.

You can first try the latest c7 kernel (currently
kernel-3.10.0-957.21.3.el7.x86_64.rpm)

You could also use one of our experimental kernels:

http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/experimental/x86_64/
