I am not sure, but ru section fails to load now. Last changes was translating SIG section. Please, help to fix this issue.

I have already initialised the ru/Download and the ru/Search pages.
As Akemi has now explained how to copy across the raw text from the
English pages to the ru/ wiki section, I'll leave the rest for you as
an experiment.
