nope, not at all. But there is not as much content in german in the
wiki as i.e. there is for zh or zh-tw. The RN-translations are complete.

Another possibility is other people will volunteer to do the other pages. Hopefully at some point in the life of the CentOS project, they will become as numerous as the English language pages.
At the time I started translating the RN, they where located at .../German. So I continued with that setup.
That is a reasonable choice, given what you found.
Maybe someone with more language insight can give a better answer into the /de/ or .../German question (or for any other language with a similar setup.
My insight is, if you use a language tree, such as /fr/ or /de/, the MoinMoin software knows what to do if it encounters a missing page in that tree. The software will display the base language (English) article and a message, "Currently, there is no translation available for this page, the English page is shown instead!" If the reader has some ability to read the English language page, something the Internet usually forces one to learn, s/he knows they don't have an alternative and can proceed as they are able. Who knows, it may also encourage them to write a translation!
If the translation is connected off the end of the English page, where does a speaker of another language look to find a more readable page. Should, for example, a Brazilian look for a translation, in the /pt-br/ tree, in the /pt/ tree, under BaseName/Brazil, BaseName/Portguese, BaseName/Brasil, or ...? The first two probably are the better places to look if they recognize they are using a MoinMoin wiki.
