Weekly U.S. Influenza Surveillance Report
CDC's Influenza Division produces a weekly influenza surveillance report, FluView. According to this week's report (Jan 20-26), seasonal influenza activity increased in the United States. New York City and 23 states experienced high influenza-like illness (ILI) activity.

POSTPONED COCA Call: 2018-19 Flu Season Recommendations for Clinicians
Due to inclement weather, this COCA call was rescheduled for Tuesday, February 5. During the call, clinicians will learn about 2018 – 2019 flu activity and hear an overview of CDC's recommendations for health care providers regarding flu vaccination and the use of antiviral drugs for the 2018 – 2019 flu season, including a new antiviral drug approved by the FDA.
