Note: This modification to the VIS-URL table includes the following:

• Information was added for the new Cholera Vaccine VIS.
• The rows for Cervarix and Gardasil-4 were deleted. These vaccines are no longer available in the United States and the corresponding VIS is no longer available.
• The Concept Names were adjusted to sync with the VIS Lookup table, e.g. Polio VIS became Polio Vaccine VIS.
