The tables were updated to include information on a new VIS document: HPV Vaccine VIS (formerly “HPV Vaccine (Gardasil 9)” VIS). The name in the table was changed to reflect the name on the last page of the VIS document, in the bottom right corner.  In addition, two new vaccines with CVX codes (175 and 176) have been included in the CVX-VIS table.
