sexual transmission of Zika virus.

States, 2012 The frequency of suicide in different
occupational groups was examined, and rates of suicide were calculated by sex
and age group for these categories. The highest rates of suicide among females
occurred among those working in protective service occupations.

15–44 Years, by the Five Leading Causes of Death — United States, 1999 and 2014 The age-adjusted death rate for females aged
15–44 years was 5% lower in 2014 (82.1 per 100,000 population) than in 1999
(86.5). Among the five leading causes of death, the age-adjusted rates of three
were lower in 2014 than in 1999: cancer (from 19.6 to 15.3, a 22% decline),
heart disease (8.9 to 8.2, an 8% decline), and homicide (4.2 to 2.8, a 33%
decline).
Increased Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Detection
in Women of Childbearing Age and Potential Risk for Vertical Transmission —
United States and Kentucky, 2011–2014 During
2011–2014, the national rate of HCV detection among women of childbearing age
served by Quest increased 22%, from 139 to 169 per 100,000, and the rate of HCV
testing among children aged ≤2 years served by Quest increased 14%, from 310 to
353 per 100,000.
Human Papillomavirus–Associated Cancers —
United States, 2008–2012 Overall, an
average of 38,793 HPV-associated cancers (11.7 per 100,000 persons) were
diagnosed annually, including 23,000 (13.5) among females and 15,793 (9.7)
among males.

— United States and 19 Comparison Countries In 2013, the
United States motor vehicle crash death rate of 10.3 per 100,000 population had
decreased 31% from the rate in 2000; among the 19 comparison countries, the
