Several errors have been identified in the Pink Book 13th edition, as well as several places where updates or clarifications were needed. These have been listed on a new "Errata, Updates, and Clarifications" link, which can be found at http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/pink-errata.html.
When noted, changes have been incorporated into the online html and pdf versions of the Pink Book.
