Whether still support CGL3.2 Registration?

Dear Sir or Madam?
Could you please tell me whether CGL group still continue to support
CGL3.2 Registration at present?

One year ago, our distribution /NeoShine Linux Server 5/ passed/LSB3.1
Certification/.And now ,we want to upgrade our dist in accord with CGL
standards.
Because we just contact these content,we hope to start from CGL3.2
Version.But from http://www.linuxfoundation.org,I searched for the
information that is all about CGL 4.0 (Carrier Grade Linux Version 4.0
Registration Process Document).

So,please allow me to ask the basic question, whether still continue to
support CGL3.2 Registrantion and how should I start it.
Please forgive me for asking such a simple question, because I just
started the content.
Any of your replies are very importance for me.Thank you:)
