Linux Foundation CGL Conf Call  

May 14, 2008

-          Technical work status

o       Database server is up and running - next step is to architect it


o       Joe to send out latest consolidated comments and updates from
the Collab Summit to the mailing list

o       CGL group will resume discussions from where we left off and we
will pick up this up in Helsinki 

-          CGL Helsinki meeting agenda 

o       Review and prepare feedback for the SCOPE gaps 

o       Pull together all the comments from the Collab Summit and update
the requirements and gaps 

o       Architect the database 

-          LSB 3.2 Headless Certification 

o       Strict subset of LSB 3.2 except QT, GTK and X libraries 

o       To certify against this, you cannot ship these packages in the
default distro 

o       Some CGL distros may have some of these libraries 

o       We need to define what libraries are in / out for this 

o       We will continue the discussion on the mailing list - Dan K
