CGL 4.0 Registration Request

Attached are the completed registration templates so that we can start 
CGL4.0 registration process for Performance Technologies NexusWare Core 
ver 12.0. 

NexusWare Core is currently CGL3.2 registered.



Please inform me when this process is completed so that I can take the 
necessary steps with regard to the links on our web page.
