CGL Leadership Face-to-Face Meeting 

Alameda, CA

We held a CGL face-to-face meeting today in Alameda, CA. Many thanks to
WindRiver for hosting this meeting.

Meeting Notes

-          LF Collaboration Summit 

o        We worked on our plan and agenda the collab summit  

o        We will meet on Wed at 1:30pm - topics will be 

*         1) CGL status and update 

*         2) GAPs discussion with members of the community 

*         3) Ecosystem partner presentations (e.g. OpenSAF)

o        We will have a tech board working session on Thursday all day 

o        We updated the online agenda Wiki 

o        We requested a 10-15min slot on Tues to recruit people for the
Wed meetings - Dan Kohn to check with Amanda 

o        Dan K to help recruit community/TAB members to attend the Wed
CGL session 

-          Linux Foundation Updates from Dan Kohn

o        Dan K updated the group on LF status and upcoming LF projects 

o        We discussed the new "drivers workgroup" and how we should
participate 

o        We discussed the "embedded LSB certification" concept with
waivers for non-embedded items such as video - this is important for CGL


o        Discussed recruiting of new CGL members/participants 

-          Tech board work

o        The rest of the session was used to go over the requirements
and gaps, update the wiki, reword requirements for clarification, etc. 

 

Next conf call is scheduled for March 19th at 10am PST.
