CGL Technical Face-to-Face

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hey guys, just a bit of a reminder....

When we initially thought of this meeting we discussed starting at 12:00
or 1:00 on Tuesday and then doing a half to full day on Wed.
The thought was that Troy, Tim, Peter and perhaps others who are in
close proximity could fly in on Tuesday morning and save a night of
hotel and half day work. Fly out late Wednesday. If we finish early on
Wed we can just stop at the pub on the way to the airport:)))

We don't have to do that, but that is what we discussed.

Hey Tim,

Cool. Because nobody wants that! :-)

Yeah, that's about it. Will we plan to start at 9:00am or does everyone
want to try to start earlier, maybe 8:30am? I'd vote for 9:00, but
since I'm flying in from Ottawa, I've got jet-lag on my side.

The street address is 2929 Patrick Henry Drive, right? I can find that,
I think, as long as there's an obvious main entrance. I'm just
remembering back when I worked at Nortel's main campus here in Ottawa
where I think anyone could be excused for missing the main entrance on
their first visit. Even the small ones are bigger than a lot of other
offices I've been in.

I'll second that motion. An early start so we know we've got time to
get everything in sounds like a good idea to me.
