Re-chartered CGL - Conference Call

The SCOPE meetings are over and I have received quite a bit of feedback
on the CGL re-charter.  To keep some of this momentum, let's plan to
have a CGL conference call early next week (Tuesday).

  requirement gathering).

We will be getting out the updates to the re-charter text in the next
day or two, so you should have plenty of time to go over it prior to the
conference call next Tuesday.
