[PATCH bpf-next 2/2] bpf: fix bpf_prog_pack build HPAGE_PMD_SIZE

Fix build with CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE=n with BPF_PROG_PACK_SIZE as
PAGE_SIZE.
