[RFC][PATCH] libbpf: support kprobe/kretprobe events in legacy environments

 * Request for comments version (still needs polishing).
 * Based on Andrii Nakryiko's suggestion.
 * Using bpf_program__set_priv in attach_kprobe() for kprobe cleanup.
