The Update option replaces files in the zipfile with new ones, even
if they haven't been modified.  The Freshen option only updates the
file(s) in the zipfile if the timestamp is newer than the file that
was previously in the archive.  So Freshen can be faster if files
haven't changed (based on timestamp)
