lost website linux accessibility

hi

Does anyone remember a website where you could download a kind of 
realtime ocr script, it used your computer's webcam and this person
  had been able to install e.g. proxmox independently with it. There 
was other Linux stuff on the site, among other things, instructions for 
installing waydroid and android with talkback support
