PDF viewers in May 2023?

I know, I know. This comes up every so often but the top search results 
are from 2020, and I was wondering if anything changed.


Has there been any improvement between 2020 and 2023 as far as Orca and 
pdf viewers.

If so. What's the most Orca friendly PDF viewer as of writing this. Is 
it still Firefox?
