Can be installed offline (because no ethernet port) Yes for Slint. All packages that make the base distribution are provided in the installation ISO. However an available Internet connection (wired or wireless) can be used to get out of the box packages updated since the most recent ISO has been published. Maybe they will become active again, time will tell.
