All I can comment on is that current versions of Firefox and Thunderbird are still accessible with Orca, so I don't expect your issue to be coming from there.

I don't know whether Seamonkey is kept up to date relative to the stand-alone versions of Firefox and Thunderbird, though. In addition, a new implementation of accessibility APIs by Mozilla is presently available for testing. I haven't tried it yet with Orca, nor checked whether it's supported.
