Apparently the pick-a-card script didn't run. When a successful install starts up, you have speech and you get a menu with several choices on it android and jenux are two but others also exist. Once you make a choice other questions get asked then the installation starts and finishes up. After the installation happens, and you reboot the system speech should come up when you reboot. I don't do anything with vm, and only use bare metal here. My guess is jenux is ignoring your vm provisioning on its way to installation.
