Ah, okay. When you log in, try pressing Alt + F2, typing orca, and pressing
Enter. Then go into the menus with Alt + F1, left arrow to administration I
think, arrow to personalization, right arrow, down arrow to "assistive
technologies", press Enter, check that box, and somewhere in that system of
dialogs is a way to have it turn on at startup.
