Ah, so that's where VoiceWare/NeoSpeech ended up. Yeah, pretty good
quality. Not as smooth as neural TTS voices, but you could do worse than
these. I'd be in favor of it, although we probably shouldn't expect an
Emacspeak server to go over well. <smile>
