you can have look downloading the source RPM here:
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Factory/standard/src/sbl-3.5.0.20130317.git7a75bc29-6.1.src.rpm

I did that and had qick look at some sources files but don't have the time to investigate futher now.
