I would rather not do that, because there is no guarantee that "latest file" links to the right ISO. I could occur that I upload a corrected a previous version, and in this page: https://sourceforge.net/projects/slint/ there is a link that resolves to https://sourceforge.net/projects/slint/files/latest/download but actually leads to download the previous version (slint64-14.2) I don't why but I prefer to include the version in the URL to avoid that, even more so as the previous version don't have speech.
