Howdy Eric, I m not an packager for those distos but fenrir is available for all distros using the python package manager pip. sudo pip3 install fenrir-screenreader you need to install sox, speech-dispacher python-speech-dispatcher and espeak with your packet manager first since tgose dependencies are not in pip repository. Not sure about vinux, the initial plans was to include it. But i did not hear that much from the project last time. I will ask and give you an answer.
