that is true for the most part. the API architecture between windows and Linux is just too great to overcome. Still, there is programming experience there with NVDA that could be of enormous help to us. Also, the linux community probably has the largest UserBase of any OS environment of any OS. Thats a hell of a lot of pairs of eyes to bring to bear on any problem that might crop up. Stallman said it all those years ago: the more pairs of eyes you bring to bear on a development project, the faster problems can get resolved.
