Hi! Actually someone mentioned that on the orca mailing list and that made me brave enough to try it. I use braille and the display popped up like a charm and i have to say that til the step install failed i had a very very smooth experience with it. I know there is an accessible debian list somewhere and maybe i will dig it up if i need to. /A > On 03 Mar 2016, at 15:45, John G Heim <jheim@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > Did you find the instructions for an accessible debian install? I switched to ubuntu about 6 months ago and I have not installed debian jessie. But I think all you have to do is keep pressing the s key as it boots. When I was using debian, I did several installs a week and I learned that the timing isn't critical. You can just keep pressing the s key until it starts talking. Of course, you have to have a working sound card and speakers for it to work. > > > > > On 03/02/2016 02:58 PM, Anders Holmberg wrote: >> Hi! >> Certainly mate. >> I realized that when i put my self to sleep so now i have downloaded Jessie net installer. >> Haven’t tried it yet but do hope that i wont get step installer failed. >> /A >>> 2 mars 2016 kl. 00:36 skrev Tim Chase <blinux.list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>: >>> >>> On March 2, 2016, Anders Holmberg wrote: >>>> what is the nitinstaller? >>> Spelling it correctly will likely help you find the documentation you >>> need.
