running commands before login on talkingarch

It is possible to get an /etc/rc.local file created and useable using talkingarch. The two things I did were to install rc-local package then run systemctl enable rc-local.service in a root capacity. Once that was done, an /etc/rc.local file got created and putting commands in it needing to run then making /etc/rc.local executable enabled those startup commands on next boot. Everybody else's mileage certainly will vary. The rc-local package is in the aur repository.
