I'm not sure about JAWs, but NVDA works fine with it. It's a bit chatty in areas but everything can be done with not a lot of effort.Does virtualbox 4 work with jaws?
There is one place where NVDA hangs up in the Storage settings for VMs but that's QT accessibility events probably and not NVDA.
