Yes it's
fairly simple. Just export the virtual machine (ctrl-e) and follow the
prompts. You'll have to put the file on a pendrive or something unless you can
access Windows data from within your Linux system. You'll probably need
sighted help to imPORT 81,231,228,10,128,26
