re-alpine new download

File downloads corrupt at least on this end.  Also the download link in 
that announcement was inaccurate.  Got redirected through several links 
before getting to that corrupt file.  It will be interesting to know if 
anyone manages to download a version of the file that passes bunzip2's 
file corruption test in the future.  With all of the redirects, this one 
wasn't intended to be downloaded with any tool better than a basic web 
browser either.
