Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.
I know this is a stupid question but what file do I put that line in?
And why does it say On Sun on the first line of the message?
Its Monday.
Is there a setting I can change in alpine to use my date not the send's date?

I sure wish I could do that in trn. Anyway that is the highest setting to avoid quoting. Obviously news-groups are about the worst for quoting

What is trn? And is this in respons to my block quote question?
Will what you said surround the text been replied to with block quotes?

Hope that helps

It does. Thanks.
