There is a program called ftp which you should have installed. (There is also a Windows program called ftp which works the same way). There are also clients called lftp and ncftp which you might want to try; they have more features than the standard ftp.

Hi,

How can I update my website on linux using ftp? On windows I would log into the ftp server with windows explorer and then copy and paste my files there.
How do I do this on linux?
I only have a cli and no graphical interface like gnome. I don't even have x working.
I am using brltty and speakup on debian as well.

Thanks for any help,
