Thanks, Willem. Yes, I'm aware I should probably build an sd for my Fedora systems. I guess I'm just putting off the pain. It's a bit of a job since there isn't a dotconf for Fedora--and probably never will be unless one of us builds an rpm for a package that hasn't changed in four years. The list of little issues continues, but I won't belabor them here. I am aware we need to PrintScreen to kill Speakup in the gui console. We also need to lean (or help) Kirk get this properly handled in Speakup itself. At this point, I should think it embarassing--especially given as how I understand it's not much code.
